Mmmm fall food. I made this pumpkin spice loaf on the weekend, but substituted the oil with applesauce, halved the sugar and used brown sugar instead, and added in some more spices… cloves and nutmeg. I used this recipe for the icing. I used the same recipe to make some baby-friendly muffins (only a tablespoon of brown sugar and no icing—sorry Sadie). Sadie has been thoroughly enjoying them!
